Terms of Service

Runs. Tidal gear is produced in limited, numbered runs. Run numbers are assigned at fulfillment in order of purchase and cannot be requested or reserved.

Availability. Adding a piece to your bag does not reserve it. A piece is yours when payment completes. If stock sells out between adding and checkout, the purchase will not complete and you will not be charged.

Pricing & payment. All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout.

Delivery. Orders ship insured with signature tracking within 3–5 business days. Delivery is complimentary on orders over $300; otherwise a flat $12 applies. In-person private-sale purchases are collected at the point of sale.

Returns. Unused pieces in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, excluding original delivery charges. Contact the concierge to begin a return. Because editions are numbered, exchanges are subject to availability.

Care & repair. Tidal hardware is guaranteed for the life of the piece. The concierge can arrange repair for any damage, at cost after the first year. Salt rinse and shade will keep the canvas honest for a decade.
